My name is Leo Welder, and I help visionary leaders turn challenges into growth opportunities.

I’m a 3-time Co-founder and business operator with nearly 20 years of leadership in fast growing businesses. I’ve served in virtually every leadership role, giving me a unique ability to see how financial strategy, team dynamics, and operations intersect.

Today, I work directly with founders and leadership teams to bring clarity to complexity—whether that means aligning leadership around a shared vision, refining your financial strategy, improving communication, or strengthening how your organization executes.

How I work

Two-way Evaluation

Every engagement starts with a bidirectional evaluation. During this meeting, we’ll get to know each other, and we’ll go through a list of questions that will help me understand how I can help you.

Proposal

After we meet, I’ll put together a tightly scoped proposal, focusing on quick wins first. This allows me to add significant value quickly and will be low risk to you.

Execution

Once we agree on the terms of the proposal, I will begin to execute immediately. I will stay in close contact through the engagement, and make sure we stay on the same page throughout the process.
